Refund policy
The above terms only apply to purchases with local delivery. As for the purchases that ship outside of Hong Kong , we do not accept returns or exchange.
1. Returns: We accept returns for damaged products or incorrect sizes within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive a damaged item or the size is not a good fit, you can request an exchange for the same item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return or exchange process.
3. Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include products that are labeled as "free size", earrings , socks ,hats and personal care goods such as beauty products. Additionally, any items purchased on sale or discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Refunds: We no longer offer refunds on any purchases. Instead, we provide exchanges for damaged items or incorrect sizes. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the exchange is approved. If approved, we will send you a replacement item of the same product within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
